Experience
Dr. Shah joined Civil Service in 1986 as Veterinary Officer, served several districts and offices and retired in 2013 as Chief Livestock Development Officer (Joint Secretary). Dr. Shah has been working as a consultant after his retirement from the Government service and has served many national and international organization as Livelihood Agribusiness and Livestock Expert.

completed Masters in Civil Engineering and Masters in Environmental Engineering degree from Russia and AIT, Bangkok respectively.
Experience
Mr Shakya started his civil service career in 1976 and served Government of Nepal in various capacity and roles for nearly three and half decades. While in the Government service he has successfully performed his roles from implementing level in the field to policy level in the Ministry.
After retirement from the civil service as Superintending Engineer (Joint Secretary) Mr. Shakya is currently serving various national and international organizations as an Expert in his field.
